I love this app but I cannot restore it since it updated. I need this app for school!! Please help me!!!

Apparently in my haste of trying to restore this app. I inadvertently purchased it again. I have spent 24.99, 24.99, and 44.00 and IT STILL DOESNT WORK!!!

Please fix this problem!!!

I just bought this app three weeks ago and could not open it today in clinicals! I want my money back!

Um, how about unpaid full price for this app and then it does an update and it no longer can restore my purchase! What a rip off, how do I get my money back?!? FIX THIS NOW!!

Where is the original lippincotts nursing drug handbook ?

The new update has completely locked me out. It failed to restore my access. Now I cannot log in. Thanks a lot!

Garbage. To expensive of an app to just not work at all. Been useless to me the entire school term when I needed it. Dont waste your $$$ go buy the Lippencott book instead.

I can finally use this amazing drug book app again! The new iOS update makes it so much easier to find drug information. In spite of some recent issues about restoration of purchase, the tech support has assisted me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone in the healthcare field. No more flipping drug books! Saves me time,

They actually fixed it. And gave me an additional six months subscription. Little slow on the tech support and I was out an app for a few months but 4 stars! For actually doing something

I like how easy this app is to use but the problem I have is getting it to open. I click on it several times and cant get the app to open and when it does it says loading and freezes up. I have checked for updates and I dont know what else to do. There isnt a link to contact the developer that I have found. Good luck to others. ------It looks like they have updated it but unfortunately for me they are trying to make me pay again!!!.

Seems every time I really need it. I cant use it. So far a waste of my money.

Could you please make another version that I can use this app on my macbook pro. I think this app is very useful. Thanks

Mine hesitates like crazy when I tap on ANYTHING....Overall disappointed because I was looking forward to quick easy access especially for the price! Info is great only if I could access it more easily !

I am a nurse working in home care. This app is absolutely a must. Patients hand you all sorts of medication - this app actually shows you what every pill is supposed to look like. Scroll down, and you get nursing interventions! Look up in seconds. Im very happy I bought it! This app beats Davis drug guide!

Wanted to give this App a try, but the "free trial version" so useless that there is no way to judge whether or not it is actually any good. So 1 star and a quick delete-- buh-bye!

I had purchased this app but after I updated my iPad it wouldnt allow me to open it. I contacted tech support, they sent me an email the following day and I was able to get in without any problem. This app is great in general and now I know if anything goes wrong they will do what they can to fix it.

Used to rely on it and then one day it just wouldnt open. No tech support and have deleted/installed with no luck. Paid good money for this app. FIX please!!!

The general ease of use is beyond awful. There are drugs that simply are not listed and the worst (and most frustrating) part is its search capability. Not only does it fail to recognize some generics (but recognizes brand and vice versa), if you miss a drug name by just one letter it fails to pick up on it and simply says not found. The only positive I can say is that once you have landed on the correct page, the information is well presented. The Nursing Consideration is a nice addition and has been useful. To sum it up, I will not renew the overpriced subscription. Save money and use the FREE epocrates app! I honestly use that one much more in practice especially with the auto fill and easy of searching.
